Where are private sessions located?
Private sessions are conveniently conducted in the comfort of your home, unless an alternative location is mutually agreed upon prior to your scheduled appointment.
What do I need for our in home assessment?
Ensure all participants or family memebers are present for the training sessions, provide a diverse selection of treats to motivate your dog, and designate a separate area to safely accommodate other family dogs during instruction.
What is your refund policy for group classes?
All group class fees are fully refundable up to four weeks before the start date; refund requests within this period are evaluated individually and may be eligible for credit toward alternative services.
What is your refund policy for online and one-on-one services?
Please note that refunds are not available for one-on-one sessions or online content once the services have been fully delivered.
